Booking Policy

Terms & Conditions

 

A. Booking Policy

  • The amount indicated in the booking confirmation is non-refundable and non-adjustable in case of a decrease in the final headcount.

  • Additional charges will apply at P1,000 per pax in excess of the total pax indicated in the booking details. Please refer to the room details for the maximum number of pax for each booking.

  • Children 5 years old and below stay free of charge.

  • Cancellation is not allowed.

  • No-show policy: Failure to appear on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the payment.

  • One-time rebooking is allowed at least 7 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability. A 20% rebooking fee shall be charged due to loss opportunity.

  • Last-minute rebooking is not permitted. Any payment made will be forfeited to compensate for the resort's lost opportunities.

 

B. House Rules

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Violation will incur P1,000 penalty.

  • Use designated areas for cooking and washing dishes.

  • Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone’s comfort, if assistance is needed, feel free to ask our staff.

  • Please treat staff and guests with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

  • The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of personal belongings, while staying at the resort.

 

C. Swimming Pool Policy

  • No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.

  • No diving—the pool depth is 4–5 feet.

  • Appropriate swimwear is required.

  • Please rinse off before entering the pool.

  • No drinks, food, alcoholic beverages or pets in the pool area.

  • Do not enter the pool if intoxicated to prevent accidents.

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

 

D. Pet Policy

  • Only small breeds are allowed.

  • Pet fee is P300 per pet, maximum of 3 pets only.

  • Pets must be in diapers at all times while in the resort and supervised.

  • A P500 cleaning fee will be charged for pet stains (urine or feces) on bedding.

  • Owners must clean up after their pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • If a pet attacks or bites anyone, the owner is financially responsible for all medical expenses.

  • The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of pets, while staying at the resort.

 

E. Force Majeure

Yahweh's Spring Retreat & Resort is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies. The deposit will be forfeited in favor of Yahweh's Spring Retreat & Resort in case of no show.
